just purchased the software but unable to install. I have an ipaq h5550 and i selected the software for the 5500. could it be i have the wrong software and if so what can be done?

You have the correct version. Sadly you do not mention what the exact problem is that you're having. If you could be a bit more specific as to what is happening I'd be more than happy to help.

I initiate installation double clicking the setup icon and that works fine. However, when the add/remove program window opens, it does not list the black jack program to proceed then with the installation in my pocket pc. The window has a note that if the program is not listed it is not designed to be used in my mobile devise.

It appears you have not properly unzipped the original ZIP file that contains all the setup and data files required for the installation.

Make sure you unzip all the files before starting setup.exe

After double clicking the setup icon it initiates the installation /remove window does not list the software to install in my ipaq. Note read if program is not listed it is not compatible with the ipaq???

Are you sure you unzipped all the files into a separate directory before starting the setup.exe

We have never had a problem with the installation when people properly followed these instructions. The problem has always been that the files have not been unzipped. So, can you please confirm for me, please, that you have unzipped the files in a directory on your harddrive?
