I find the tutor in video poker flawed. The recommendations for play are far from correct based on a book I purchased at Gamblers Book Shop in Las Vegas. What do others think? I do enjoy using the program, but I have to turn the tutor function off.

Of course there are various "Strategies" and recommendations how to play Video Pkker the "right way." Each is based on different analyses and calculations, and as such they inevitably vary. None of the is the only right way to play.

The tutor that we have implemented is based on one such research and is therefore potentially different from others. that however doesn't make it "flawed" as you call it. It is merely different.
